I took a picture of New York (from The Avengers), and increased the size of Ant-Man and an ant. I took a picture of the Hulk and made him smaller.

I took this picture of Newt and made a blank page that was twice the measurements of the image, so it would fit exactly 4 of the picture. I put the stamp filter on the original image, and changed the hue four times. I moved each image onto the blank page, and colored in some of the white spots for a Warhol-esque appearance.
